Integrated Non-Zip Plastic Window - Cabrio Grain Vinyl
The window will be the same size and spec as original. As a lower cost alternative it does not include some elastics, a rain guard and plastic retainer pieces and like the early model BMW Z3 tops does not have the rear relief pockets.
WINDOW - Includes a new DOT approved press polished clear plastic for superior visibility. The window is di-electrically welded to Top for added durability.
CABRIO TOPPING MATERIAL - Cabrio Grain vinyl is a 2 ply composite made of a heavy weight PVC exterior laminated to a 100% polyester backing. The polyester lining has superior strength and durability and a higher resistance to mold, mildew and rotting.

Includes 63 large color photos covering the removal of the existing convertible top and installing the new one. Tips on stapling the Top to the tacking bow and details on removing and re-installing the side tension cables are highlighted in great detail.
Tools you may need to do this yourself include:
- Heavy-duty Stapler + 10mm staples.
- Various screwdrivers
- Ratchet with 12mm socket
- Drill, steel bit 5/32
- Pliers & cutter
- Rivet gun and rivets
- Contact cement spray adhesive (e.g. 3M Super Yellow)
- Masking tape and a thin foam to protect the new plastic window
