I did not receive the OEM Factory style top, I Emailed the customer Service, I worked on the top upside down to install the cables, Sat it on the car and riveted the B pillar, folded it back half way went to the back, Oh***** its a one piece, I called had to end up leaving a detailed message, no contact what so ever! I finished installing it looks great, I just didn't get what was ordered.

I was going to try to install myself but decided that I didn't want to have a $500 mistake. Had it installed by a local shop. Looks great.

Had no idea how easy the top replacement was going to be. Literally did it all by myself in under 8 hours with minimal frustration. Directions were good and detailed, however I ended up going with a YouTube video instead. Think the directions were for replacing the top with the frame still installed to the car. I ended up removing the assembly and replacing the fabric. Was quite easy and we got some bad rain 3 days after I replaced it and I’m happy to say 0 leaks!! Overall, quality product that will enhance the look of your Miata...highly recommended!!

Definitely a 2 person job. Took 7 hours. Passenger side has wrinkles above window. Hoping this eventually smooths out. Otherwise looks good. Haven't tried putting top down as I was told to keep it up for a month so it will stretch

Ordered this top to replace the tired factory canvas top on my 05 and it looks fantastic and fits well! I was able to install this myself over the weekend with the help of YouTube. I will suggest you save yourself some time and get the preinstalled rain rail and don't forget the side tension cables!

When I got the top I thought it was going to be difficult to put on, seeing as how it was my first time doing it. But it was quite easy. Although I did have to buy some extra tools to install the top, I was ok with getting myself some new tools anyways. Tops are cheaply fair compared to some OEM tops that will cost over 1K. I guess the only down side about this top is the work you need to put in, but it’s totally worth it.
