It’s easy to rate a company five stars when there’s no issues. But what really matters is how a company deals with something after an issue occurs.

There had been a mixup in packaging and the first top we got did not have a zippered rear window. After getting hold of them they shipped out the correct one with priority shipping and included a return label for the incorrect one. That is how customers should be treated.

It shipped super fast. I ordered it Sunday and got it Thursday or Friday. It was wrapped and protected nicely and no damage. Great material and build quality as well, not sure if that's related to this site or just the manufacturer. Pretty great service though.

The top is very high quality and looks great now that it is installed. I live on an island that has no certified installers, so I did the job myself. This was difficult because the top comes with no installation tips or instructions, I had to piece together the process from forums and manuals.

Awesome experience with the car top that I have purchased. Best quality and was told by the installer that the installation was less money because of the type of convertible top and company I purchased it from. Thanks auto top direct!

The top is beautiful. The experience was made miserable by your embarrassingly bad instructions. The top is still only partly installed while I scour the Internet and Youtube for clues. I can't afford to ruin the only $700.00 top I will ever have.

Very nice top. Easy to zip/unzip & easy to latch.
Glass is so much better than plastic, and excellent with the zipper.

This is my fourth top on my 1992 and the second that I installed myself. Previous two were Robbins canvas, zippered, heated glass. They were much more like an actual "factory" top and other than being a PITA to install worked just like the factory top. They also suffered from the eventual failure of the zipper though I should say that the car is parked outside in CA. Both Robbins lasted about ten years. The material on this one seems better but after a month I still can't close it without help nor can I zip up the window as it is so tight. Looks great and if it EVER stretches I will probably be happy. Need to contact them for "real" instructions as mentioned by others.

Top is well made and fit well (tight). Autotops install download was not very useful. After installation per factory manual, I had pieces left over. I contacted customer support, later that day I was emailed a super install procedure that addressed the multiple questions I had. Wish that detailed instruction was included with top
I will now have to remove the rear channels to install seals.

I just finished installing this top on a 2002 Miata LE. It looks great and has a nice feel to it. The rear window looks better and is a little larger than the original. The zippered window provides better ventilation for top up driving. Also, unzipping the window before dropping the top may help it last longer since there won't be as much stress caused by folding it down. This was not my first top installation I found the Sierra installation instructions very sketchy and only somewhat useful so I used another brand's instructions for a reference.
