It took 3 weeks to receive my new top— only for it to be completely wrong!!  I ordered tan with rain rail,  confirmed over phone Tan with rain rail…. Received black with no rain rail.   They do not answer the phone, return calls or respond to emails!!!!  After days and multiple tries-   It was only by sheer luck that I got to speak with someone and that was by selecting “technical support” from the menu option.   While I knew their warranty policy when I ordered the top,  I still think it’s pretty lousy,  the only recommended installer from their website isn’t even in business anymore.  Lastly,  the top is quite smaller than the original and that makes for less visibility behind you.   The only nice thing I can say is that the cloth top seems to be of good quality.   But I guess time will tell there.

I was very pleased with the canvas top - perfect condition upon arrival. Let's see how it will hold up with use.
This was a DIY project and the provided directions were inadequate. Search of YouTube videos filled in the gaps, but still, there were some head scratching moments.
In my situation, customer service was my best experience, as I was contacted by a rep to provide the top color which was omitted in my order. This rep (with a reachable extension #) was my conduit   for a discount code adjustment and tech support.

I had two issues with this transaction. First, I sent a message after I'd ordered with a question about the top color but never received a response. Second, I ordered a non zippered top but recieved a zippered top. I would have prefered to not have the zipper but I didn't want to go throught the hassle of sending it back because I really needed a new top on.

Thank you for the statfast top for my wifes 99 10th anniversary Limited edition and was considering ordering original material.  After receiving I opened the box to see my choice was correct to upgrade a collector model! The installation shop also commented on a job well done in selection and quality! Also Thanks to Vinyl Top Specialist in OKC,Ok

Overall the Quality of the top is very good what needs work is instructions on the additional items that are included in the top package meaning rivets velcro straps there's no instructions whatsoever on these items which makes it a painful install

The top is beautiful. A terrific upgrade for our 2002 Mazda Miata SE. Car looks like new and rides much quieter. The top this one replaced was the original vvinyl roof. The new roof arrived amazing fast and arrived in perfect condition. I did have it installed professionally at a local shop the website recommended. Overall the experience from ordering to installation was perfect.

Top came out looking  excellent. Seems to be a good  Quality product.
Never could get or find the installation promised on your web site, but watched a few videos on YouTube and being someone that does everything my self from home repair and car repair (7 cars)
I found it quite easy.
Take lots of pictures and a few videos and you should have no problems.
