1997-1999 BMW E36 Replacement Headliner

Made from Twill Ribbed Charcoal Material with Waterproof Vinyl Backing - Fits 323i Cabriolet, 328i, and M3 Cabriolet

This headliner fits the 1997-1999 BMW 3 Series (E36) Convertibles that have the Full Power Lock (an electric convertible top latch). The headliner is a twill ribbed charcoal, like original, with a front pocket sleeve.

THIS IS A REPLACEMENT HEADLINER FOR VEHICLES WITH A TWO (2) PLASTIC BOW DESIGN THAT HAVE A FRONT POCKET SLEEVE AND ELECTRIC POWER LATCHING CONVERTIBLE TOP.

This is the most common version for the 1997-1999 (E36) 3-Series Convertible.

Check your Headliner Laces (cables) to see if they are reusable. If you need new ones, we have BMW original Lace Kits in stock. We also have BMW plastic trim repair kits. These are flat plastic reinforcements on the lower quarters of the headliner and a recommended replacement when installing a new headliner if your existing parts show wear or damage.
