If a Warranty Claim is necessary, then AutoTopsDirect.com will issue a Return Material Authorization ("RMA"). If it is impractical for the purchaser to return the item, then the purchaser may contact AutoTopsDirect.com Technical Assistance Help Desk to determine warranty eligibility. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain an RMA prior to returning the defective part to the AutoTopsDirect.com.The defective part, along with a copy of the original Bill of Sale and the AutoTopsDirect.com issued RMA#, must be returned PREPAID to AutoTopsDirect.com. Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box. After determining the validity of the warranty claim, AutoTopsDirect.com will ship a replacement part prepaid. Labor costs to replace defective parts are the responsibility of the purchaser.
