The shipping was super fast on autotops side but got held in customs for 10 days - why i don't know . Customer service is not existant multiple time emails and phone calls to aototops were unanswered and not returned - quality seems good but have not installed it yet

Audi Convertible Top 2003-2009 A4/S4 Acoustic A5 Canvas Black arrived in 3 weeks after ordering.  Unable to get an update from either the web site or calling   Called 3 times and left a detailed message each time.  no call backs.  I was expecting product to ship 2 weeks sooner as advertised.  Top is very good quality.  Instructions from the web are basic lacking much detail and some cases just wrong.  I am highly experienced engineer mechanic, so I figured it out.  But the overall experience could be much better.

Top for the Audi fits like glove, no issues. Installer (Jeromes Bellingham) professional and courteous. Quotes all in from Vancouver 50 to 100% higher. Even paying harmonized sales tax it was cheaper in the USA. Thanks .

Great top with perfect fit. Had installed and fit like a glove out of the box. Arrived on time and downloaded instructions allowed fro easy install.

The install instructions were great and the top fit perfect.  Once installed it is tight without a flap or flutter.  I have only done one other convertible top and this was a much better experience.   I did it over a couple evenings which seemed to work well because I was able to let the top stretch some for some of the final steps.  

Getting the header bow retainer strips back in was a pain, but a little vaseline and mallet did the trick.  And make sure you get long enough rivets to attach the side support straps.

This was for a 2009 Audi with less than 25K miles.
Really nice new top!  The A5B/DS is super quiet for a convertible.
Shipping time met expectations!
Glass window on original top became mostly detached and various attempts (different bonding agents) to repair were unsatisfactory.
Had the top installed by Convertible Tops and More (recommended by AUTOTOPS DIRECT).
Excellent and prompt install - Took the auto and the shipping box in on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up on Thursday morning of the same week.
Super value.  Total bill with installation $1,529 (NO tax). Dealer quoted $5,000 plus tax (not sure if it would have been the same quality as the A5B/DS).  Definitely would recommend!  Hope this helps.... d
