My experience with Auto Tops Direct was one that I truly didnt expect. I had ordered a 350z convertible top from them that in the course of 6 months of use had started to tear at the seams. As soon as I noticed this defect I called the company and spoke with a man named Lloyd, who told me how to start the process of getting a replacement since they boast a 5 year warranty. Once it was determined that there was indeed a defect the company took full responsibility and sent a new top to me at no cost, but it gets betternot only were they sending me a free top but also offered to pay for the installation! I was so amazed that in todays times a company still stood behind their product 100% and went the extra mile to make things right. Because of this I want to thank Auto Tops Direct, and Lloyd, the man behind the phone #, for doing such a superb job! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is in need of the services they provide as a first choice! 5 well deserved stars!
