Thank you so much for the prompt shipping. The straps arrived just in time - were installed that weekend.
Maybe you guys are geared more to deal with customers who install these things on a regular basis and don't need directions - but if you were able to include a page of instructions, it would be a big help for the rest of us. All in all, we were able to figure it out, but some guidance might have saved us some time. Just sayin'.
