Look as quality as originals. Great transaction, professional supplier, would buy from again. Haven't installed yet but in comparison am sure will restore top actuation like new. Great price!

Detention straps I purchased were of very high quality. They installed quickly and have improved the functionality of my convertible. the only critique I would have is that they come with some type of installation instructions or suggestions. Other than reviewing the old straps installation there was nothing else to go by.

Series 3 Tension Straps	May 16, 2016

I fitted these just by dropping the headlining and not removing the top.
Full electric roof- very difficult job only made possible the excellent Auto Tops Direct straps.
The straps fitted perfectly and the roof folds like a dream. The most important part for the functioning of the roof.
Will use a Auto Top headlining when I replace that.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the shipment within a couple of days after purchase. In addition, my mechanic was skpetical about anything less than the dealer straps. After installing the straps, he now refers all customers and business relations needing convertible straps to Auto Tops Direct!

my rep was extreemly helpful and very nice to deal with. I will buy from your company once again,
** in fact I am looking for a motor for the convertible top*** not sure you can help me with this

Secondly, I had inquired abour the RMA since I did not need the straps afterall. I have not heard back from anyone. please advise
