For items that are out of stock, how long does it take before it ships? Last Updated: 05/02/2009 |

We have thousands of convertible tops in stock and ready to ship, however occasionally we need to custom manufacture one to order. Fortunately, the factory always has plenty of raw material (canvas, glass, threads, etc.) and can make your convertible top in 3 business days. The only time this does not apply is between Christmas and New Years when most of the factory is on holiday. We understand that it can be frustrating to wait 2-3 weeks (or sometimes longer) to get your order filled, which is why we believe that our same day shipping policies provide you with the service you should expect and deserve from any online retailer. |
